What is Vitastrong CARBO GEL 2:1?
CARBO GEL 2:1 by Vitastrong is a ready-to-use energy gel, designed to provide rapid and sustained energy during physical activity. It contains maltodextrin and fructose in a 2:1 ratio , an optimised mix to maximise intestinal absorption and reduce the risk of gastrointestinal disorders(1). Each sachet provides 40g of carbohydrates , ideal for endurance sports or intense training.
Enriched with Magnesium and Potassium, the gel helps maintain electrolyte balance and reduce muscle fatigue. The neutral taste makes it easy to combine with other supplements and also ideal in combination with BCAA.
