Delivery Time Estimates:
- Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days from dispatch.
- Please note: Delivery times depend on the courier service and may vary depending on your location. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 business days.
Failed Deliveries:
- If delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be sent to a depot and you will be informed of how to reschedule delivery.
- If delivery remains unsuccessful within 30 days due to reasons not attributable to the seller, the contract may be terminated and you will receive a full refund, excluding any extra charges related to your chosen delivery method.
Shipping Costs:
- Standard delivery: £5.90 for orders below £50.
- FREE delivery on all orders of £50 or more.
- Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Transfer of Risk:
- Responsibility for the products passes to the buyer upon delivery.
- Ownership is transferred once full payment has been received, including shipping costs.
