excellent supplements with excellent nutritional values.. easy to swallow

I have difficulty swallowing the pills, these are quite large (the size of a doliprane I would say). I have less trouble with the capsules, but I think that this contributes to the economical aspect of the packaging (which lasts 5 months, all the same!). Taste-wise, we feel an acidic taste (vitamin C probably), but no bitterness. A little powdery side but nothing more. Be careful, if you are deficient in iron (like me), zinc and iron mutually inhibit their mutual absorption, they must be taken with AT MINIMUM 2 hours of interval. According to a study, here are the elements which promote/inhibit the absorption of zinc: Factors inhibiting the absorption of zinc: phytic acid (in soya), phosphates, food fibers (cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin), casein, high doses iron, copper and calcium.✅ Factors stimulating zinc absorption: lactose, wine, EDTA, zinc ligand in milk, animal proteins, amino acids (histidine, cysteine), organic acids (citrate) and peptides.

➡️ I ordered this product for my mother who is turning 52 and who underwent a bypass almost 2 years ago. Following her operation, she has to supplement with vitamins every day and this product seemed to me to be a good base to help her in her daily life.↪️ For the moment, the product suits her perfectly. However, it is still too early to comment on the benefits provided, but I will update my comment, once she has followed at least a month of treatment!

The combination of zinc and vitamin C is perfect for supporting my immune system and keeping my energy levels high. The tablets are easy to swallow and do not cause stomach upset. I have noticed an overall improvement in my well-being and feel more energetic. Zinc in particular is known for its beneficial properties on the skin and immune system, and this product provides an optimal dose. Great value for money, I can only recommend it
